In addition to our patient education and awareness projects, the AUGS Foundation serves the medical profession by supporting promising, innovative research regarding the causes, prevention, cure and treatment of pelvic floor disorders.
The research program was started in 2006 and merged with the June Allyson Memorial Research Fund in 2008. Today, the Foundation offers a number of research grants in the areas of basic science, clinical patient-oriented and neuromodulation.
The AUGS Foundation together with the June Allyson Foundation has awarded $908,000 in grants to AUGS members.
